Welcome to The Cozy Kitchen Camp! This hands-on, seasonal cooking camp is specially designed for kids who love to get creative in the kitchen while mastering both sweet and savory skills. During this delicious two-day camp, our mini-chefs will dive into three exciting culinary tracks. 1. Cookie Crafting: Kids will roll, cut, and bake classic seasonal cookies from scratch. They will learn the science of dough, perfect their rolling pin technique, and master festive icing designs. 2. Gingerbread Architecture: From structural engineering to edible art, campers will design, build, and decorate their very own custom gingerbread houses using a colorful mosaic of candies, sprinkles, and royal icing. 3. Warm Seasonal Soups: To balance the sweets, young chefs will chop, stir, and simmer comforting, wholesome soups. They will practice safe knife skills, discover how to build rich flavor bases, and work with fresh, seasonal ingredients. By the end of the week, your child will bring home incredible edible creations, a recipe booklet to keep the magic going at home, and a newfound confidence in the kitchen.
