Service Description
Join the Bearded Ladies, Melanie and Jordan, for a hands-on class exploring the little details that make a big difference in your cookies. We explore different mixing methods and troubleshoot common cookie challenges, from ingredient and dough temperatures to consistent portioning. Working in small groups, you bake cookies to share, then pack your own box with a variety of cookies made by the class. Take home a box of treats and practical skills to bake with more confidence. All ingredients and supplies are provided—just bring your favorite apron! The cookie lineup includes traditional, gluten-free, and vegan recipes.

Cancellation Policy
Classes: Full payment is required to register. To receive full refund, or credit to a different class, cancelations must be made 3 days before class date. Cancelations made after the 3 day period cannot be refunded due to ingredient costs. Please email us at petitschoolofcooking@gmail.com with questions. Thank you for understanding. Cooking Camps: Full payment is required to register. $50 of camp tuition is non-refundable per camp spot.
